Ms. Sudha Iyer is a former Georgetown University Biotechnology researcher and an Adjunct College Faculty in Biology and Genetics. She has a Masters in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from University of New Hampshire and Masters in Biochemistry from Bombay University, India. She has a certificate in College Admissions and Career Planning from UC Berkeley and is a member of NACAC and WACAC.

She provides academic and other related counseling services to high school students to improve the chance of admissions into the UC, CSU and other Public and Private Universities.

While Sudha has extensive experience tutoring High School Biology and Chemistry, she only provides tutoring on an exception basis.

In addition to her educational counseling services, Sudha is a licensed real estate agent with Realty Experts, serving the Bay Area with comprehensive residential real estate services. She brings the same dedication and attention to detail to real estate that has made her college counseling services successful. Sudha offers services for buyers, sellers, and investors, with expertise in Bay Area neighborhoods and multilingual capabilities in English, Hindi, Marathi, and Tamil.
